With over 35 years of diversified technology experience and over 12 years in the business resiliency planning arena, Bill has managed and performed as a subject matter expert in dozens of business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery planning engagements. He has a unique top-down and bottom-up perspective, having held senior IT management positions at Fortune 500 companies and also consulting “hands-on” developing business recovery plans for many notable organizations in a variety of industries. Bill is an experienced project manager and has additional skills in process re-engineering and records management. In performance of over 25 resiliency and risk assessments and business impact analyses for over 20 companies, he has utilized BCP best practices, including BS25999 standards, ISO 31000 and ITIL as well as FFIEC in financial arenas. Skilled in emergency response procedures, he has worked with facilities managers and designed training exercises, test plans and scripts. In developing practical recovery solutions, he has worked with third party business recovery solution providers, including IBM and SunGard. Bill has an MBA in Quantitative Analysis from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Steve has more than 20 years experience in disaster planning, consulting and training. Steven is Managing Director of Extreme Behavioral Risk Management. He is a clinician and educator specialized in crisis intervention, disaster recovery, and traumatic event response. He has been conferred the status of Diplomate of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and is a Board Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress. He also holds Level III Certification in Homeland Security through the American College of Forensic Examiners International, where he serves as the Vice Chairman for the Division of Forensic Counseling. He is a member of the FBI’s InfraGuard program and serves as a consultant and trainer for the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Emergency Management Agency and United Nations. He has served as faculty member at the Rutgers University Center for Management Development and Fairleigh Dickinson University graduate program in Management of Organizational Behavior.

David Forrestall
David is founder and managing partner of SecurIT360, a Technology Management consulting firm that focuses on Security, Business Continuity, Technology Advisory and Personal Relationships. A skilled project manager, David has coordinated large assignments in both Business Continuity and Cyber Security. His focus on the latter renders David an important member of the McWains team. Data and computer security is often neglected or left entirely to the client in planning restoration of services at a hotsite, and David is the man (with his own security team) to assist in that planning. With a Master’s degree in Physics, certifications of CISA and CISSP plus training with Cisco, Microsoft, Linux, SANs and Novell Networks, David is uniquely qualified to solve problems in compliance, IT audit and security, IT operations and systems design and implementation as related to IT Security and Business Continuity. He has operated in a variety of industries, including Law, Healthcare, Finance, Technology, Professional Services, Government, Education, and Software Development. Prior to establishing SecurIT360, David held corporate positions including CIO, Controller, COO, Systems Engineer, and Internal Consultant.

Marv is founder (1983) and CEO of McWains Chelsea. He began work in IT over 35 years ago at Columbia University, and, after a decade in database development and mainframe operations, began consulting to bridge the gap between data processing and the business, focusing on sustainability. Marv received the 2003 IDRA Achievement Award for professional contributions and service towards the general advancement of Contingency Planning. His book, Knowledge at Risk, is reputed to be the most comprehensive treatment of business continuity concepts in the industry. He is a frequent speaker at contingency planning associations, including Gartner’s 2009 and 2010 Summits on Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery Institute, Institute of Internal Auditors, Association of Contingency Planners, and the CPE. Articles he has written have appeared in various industry publications, including AQP Journal, Contingency Planning & Management, Disaster Recovery Journal, Quality Times, Continuity Insights and Survive!
Arthur "Bud" Telchin
With long term experience in Data Center management and core technical practices, Bud is a hands-on IT technician who is also proficient in senior level planning and communication with executives. In addition, he is a Risk Management, Business Continuity and IT specialist with background in pharmaceuticals, financial services and professional services.  Bud is CBCP certified by DRII, is an experienced project manager, has experience with LDRPS and ARCHER, and has installed the AlertFind emergency notification system.  He has practical expertise in developing and performing over 175 high-risk Vendor Risk Assessments, and numerous Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, most recently with two large New Jersey pharmaceuticals, three Manhattan international banks, a global insurance company and three large law firms. Bud works effectively with executive level, departmental staff, and IT departments. His background includes IT director and other management level IT positions with Morgan Stanley, Chase Bank and several large NYC law firms. He holds a Master of Engineering from Cornell University, and has been an adjunct instructor for Computer Applications at the State University of New York.
Joe Flach
Joe is a highly competent consultant with decades of experience in corporate crisis management, business continuity and disaster recovery. He has assisted prestigious firms throughout the U.S. and abroad across a wide variety of industries in the planning, training and practicing of crisis management response, contingency operations and recovery solutions. Joe has also been directly involved in assisting a number of organizations in actual response and recovery efforts as well as in conducting after-the-fact evaluations to ensure program improvements are implemented based on lessons learned. Joe is the founder, CEO and Lead Consultant for Safe Harbor Consulting. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and a BS in Computer and Information Sciences from Ohio State University. Joe is an accomplished speaker and prolific author of articles published in major magazines. He has presented and conducted training around the globe and has been published and/or featured in respected publications, such as The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.

In the last 25 years, Argee has initiated, architected, and managed strategy, re-engineering, and continuity of operations projects in the US, Europe, and Latin America. He combines his strategic background in IT with focused experience developing business recovery strategies. His accomplishments include strategies to facilitate business resumption, crisis management, and the management of information technology organizations. His qualifications range from understanding the requirements and implications of business models, to developing effective frameworks for the implementations of the required solutions. Argee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Economics and International Marketing. He is also an MBA graduate in Finance and Management. He has served in senior executive positions (CIO, Sr. Director, and Managing Director) for nationally recognized professional services firms. His broad experience includes consulting assignments with Fortune 500 companies.
